American Red Cross:
The Deadliest Sound
Every day in America, 7 people die in a home fire. Making them more deadly than hurricanes and tornadoes combined. So to drive smoke alarm installation Nationwide for the American Red Cross, we played with sound to bring awarenes to the deadliest one fo all. In 2019, we got over 250,000 volunteers to help install free smoke alarms nationwide resulting in an estimated 1,048 lives saved so far.
With print, we researched what the soundwaves actually look like for typically scary sounds and compared them to the ambient silence of a home fire without an alarm.
