Just because it looks good, doesn’t mean it has to break the bank. So when VW created a new luxury SUV that was both stylish and sensible, we turned their biggest launch of the year into a cultural message to settle for more. A part from selling cars, people took to Twitter & Reddit asking us to turn the commercial into its own show.

No one knows overspending like a celebrity accountant. So you can imagine how enthused one would be to learn the VW Atlas Cross Sport celebrates the flashy but satisfies the frugal. Despite launching one week before the pandemic, Reddit demanded the full length television series of the campaign, Maggie Haberman had fever dreams about it, and Vulture got a kick out of it.
